For example, you can start your dinner with “Sevid-salad with cherry tomatoes, fresh tuna, fried shrimps and almonds seasoned with oriental sauce”. A soup from cream and white wine with mushrooms and smoked salmon may serve as an entrée meanwhile fried lamb ribs seasoned with “Province” sauce might be offered as the main course. The chef updates and improves the menu regularly involving guests to this process.
